These terms govern your use of technovah.com and any enquiry you make through it. By using this website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Where we are engaged to deliver training, placement, consulting or engineering work, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between us. These terms do not replace it, and where the two conflict, that agreement takes precedence.
1. Our services
Tech Novah Solutions provides IT training and mentoring, resume marketing and placement support, recruitment services, and IT consulting and engineering services. Descriptions on this website are provided for information and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance.
Programme durations, curricula, scope, fees and delivery schedules are confirmed in writing at the point of enrolment or engagement, and may differ from indicative descriptions published here.
2. No guarantee of employment outcomes
Our training, resume marketing, placement and recruitment services are provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee employment, interview calls, a particular salary, a particular employer, or any specific outcome or timeline.
Hiring decisions rest entirely with prospective employers and depend on factors outside our control, including your experience, performance at interview, and market conditions. Any figures published on this site describing activity levels, programme durations or past results are indicative and are not a promise of results in your case.
3. Your obligations
- Provide accurate, current and complete information in any enquiry, application or profile you submit to us
- Do not misrepresent your qualifications, experience or identity in material we submit on your behalf
- Use this website lawfully, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to it
- Do not use our contact form or live chat to transmit unlawful, abusive or misleading content
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, graphics, copy and code of this website are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit them commercially without our written permission.
Course materials supplied during training remain our property and are licensed to you for your personal learning use only. Third-party names and marks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Third-party services and links
This site uses third-party services, including a live chat widget and an email delivery provider, and links out to external services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
6. Disclaimers
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that the information on it is complete or current at all times.
Nothing on this site constitutes professional, legal, financial or career advice on which you should rely without taking your own advice appropriate to your circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising out of your use of this website.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
